Services:The health care legislative system is becoming increasingly complex. This "overdose" can severely affect the marketability of new products. The ingredients and adverse events resulting from such a complexity can lead to more than just headaches. For once, a physician or pharmacist is of little use. We advise national and international pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers, e.g. in reimbursement matters, tender procedures, regulatory matters, contract law and data protection.
