Production:Supercoiled GeneTx provides optimized non-viral DNA vector to customer in research-grade quality, in quantities necessary to close a potential supply gap in the run-up to large-scale GMP production. Services:Supercoiled GeneTx provides the foundational work in the run-up of industrial large-scale production of minicircle DNA. This includes the development, validation and production of customized plasmids for minicircle manufacturing as well as their quality assurance and control/optimization of production parameters. Our customized parental plasmids for minicircle production are the basis for production in any desired quality and quantity.
