Duervation empowers individuals and organisations to digitally transform and innovate in order to strengthen the solidarity of the healthcare system. Duervation is a management consultancy with a focus on organisational development and innovation management and a strong research orientation and is the leader and partner of several interdisciplinary research projects. A particular focus is on the development, implementation and evaluation of practical digital solutions.

R&D:Duervation places people at the centre of its research activities and systematically involves the target groups, patients, family caregivers, citizens and healthcare workers in the planning, execution and implementation of research projects in the fields of medical and health sciences, technology research and data sciences. Another focus is the planning and implementation of the evaluation and the social impact.

Duervation also offers research consultancy to create research-friendly framework conditions, increase the efficiency of research groups, promote young scientists and provide training on project management in research.
