BIEGLER GmbH was founded in Mauerbach (near Vienna) in 1973 with the mission to provide innovative, high-quality solutions for the medical profession. Over more than 50 years of experience, this dedication has remained unchanged. The company develops and manufactures complex medical devices - from the idea to the certified product.

R&D:BIEGLER GmbH's research focus is on advancing product design and manufacturing processes for medical products. This includes technologies such as CAD/CAM, CNC manufacturing, injection molding, pneumatics and hydraulics, electronics, software development, and cleanroom environment. By integrating these technologies, BIEGLER GmbH facilitates the development of high-quality, innovative medical products from concept through to certified product.

Production:BIEGLER GmbH focuses on producing high-quality medical devices by utilizing advanced manufacturing technologies and processes. Production capabilities include CNC manufacturing for high accuracy and repeatability, injection molding of precise plastic parts, and expertise in electronic component integration. Disposable consumables are assembled and packaged in a controlled cleanroom environment.

Services:BIEGLER GmbH offers comprehensive services as an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) and Contract Manufacturer. With years of experience bringing products to market, turn-key solutions are provided from the initial design phase to the finished medical product. Services include the integration of diverse technologies, as well as the assembly and packaging of consumable products in a cleanroom. Expertise includes CAD/CAM mechanical design and EMC-compliant circuit design.

Sales/Distribution:BIEGLER GmbH employs distribution partners to market and sell its own branded products, enabling Biegler products to reach an international audience. For contract-manufactured products, sales are handled directly by the client companies, who manage the marketing and distribution of the ODM and contracted products to their respective markets.
