AXILS Academy of Excellence in Life Science is a training company for basic and further vocational training for scientific, technical and commercial professions. We run around 400 trainees in 6 different professions. The apprentices come from partner companies like Novartis and Sandoz and more than 25 companies from the life science industry. We company full service packages from talent acquisition, personnel management up to full coordination till examinations.
