The Austrian Vaccine Manufacturer Association represents all pharmaceutical companies having vaccines in their managing portfolio. We are strongly linked to Vaccine Europe, the European umbrella organisation. Major objectives are to increase awareness, vaccine coverage rates and access to vaccines for all age groups. We see us as partner for political stakeholder and media representatives. We provide high level know-how and expertise around vaccinology.

R&D:As association we are not focusing on R

Production:Europe is contributing to the global vaccine production capacities. In Austria we have a production sites for FSME/TBE and MenC, a production site for vaccines used for animals and as well some sites producing key parts / elements used for COVID-19 vaccines e.g. mRNA.

Services:ÖVIH is offering expertise and know-how including materials with focus on different areas im vaccines. We see us as partner for political stakeholders and media representatives.
