Ernst Wittner GmbH looks back onto a history of over 60 years. It was found as sole proprietorship in the 14th district of Vienna in the year 1956 by Ernst Wittner. In the beginning mainly small components were produced with injection moulding, later it specialised in the fabrication of tools, fixtures and custom products. In the year 1976 the sole proprietorship was converted into a Ges.m.b.H (Ltd.) and Ing. Wolfgang Wittner took over as managing director.

evon was founded by three automation specialists in 2009 and is located in St. Ruprecht an der Raab (Austria). Currently evon has 72 highly qualified employees and offers innovative and user-friendly automation software and services based on the credo "We use digitalization to simpllify your life - because we live and breathe technology". As early as 2011, the German Duerr Group, a specialist in tunnel and traffic management, based in Weinstadt near Stuttgart, acquired a majority stake.

Festo – das Unternehmen

Festo Österreich ist Marktführer in der Automation mit Pneumatik und Elektrik sowie der technischen Aus- und Weiterbildung. Das Unternehmen ist für den Vertrieb in Österreich zuständig und bildet zusätzlich die Drehscheibe für die mittel- und osteuropäischen Konzernaktivitäten sowie für die Produkt- und Systementwicklung. Zu Festo Österreich gehören 120 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter – insgesamt beschäftigt Festo in 60 Ländern etwa 20.800 Personen. Corporate Educational Responsibility: Das Familienunternehmen nimmt seine gesellschaftliche Verantwortung vor allem im Bildungsbereich sehr engagiert wahr – beispielsweise durch einen eigenen Bildungsfonds und die Vergabe von Experimentierboxen an Schulen.
