TBA was founded in 2014 by Harald Oberrauch with the aim of supporting technology-oriented startups. He is the owner of two operating companies in South Tyrol, both of which are active worldwide.One is the Durst Group, a manufacturer of industrial inkjet printers and the other one is the company Alupress, which is active in the field of automotive as a tier-2 supplier. TBA has an investment focus in early stage technology startups in Europe.
